Contract has been signed for the new land

Costs:

• $180 per month for the first 3 years, $220 per month for the 4th and 5th year.
• Deposite $1540 (not refundable in case SOID terminates the contract within the 5 years)
• If the land owner need his land back during the contracted period, he has to pay for all of the buldings and pay back double of the deposite, meaning $1540 x2. 
• After 5 years, SOID can remove and get all material from the land back.

Construction & building costs:

• Contractor: $1710
• Volunteers from the village - free

To be able to start building SOID needs:

• $ 1540 for deposite
• $ 1710 for contractor and building construction
• $ 180 for the first month
